Re: WoT 368 was filmed in front of a live studio audience
as soon as the Isabelle bit said "Not real gameplay footage" on the bottom, i knew it was Smash, but I didn't really expect the AC announcement even when the Tom Nook bit started. even though i had called that there was going to be an AC announcement, i didn't expect it to be at the very end like that

Having a big beard and receding hairline is wild. Coworkers apparently all thought I was 30. Were shocked when I told them my actual age.
It's nice sometimes though. I can't think of the last time I got carded aside from going to bars/clubs downtown.

I, on the other hand, am gonna get carded until I'm old and grey.
Although considering I've found multiple grey hairs within the last week and a half, that may not be that far away
Can't say I'm surprised. My mom went grey(ish) young.

I have a baby face too and like to dye my hair bright colors, so I will probably perpetually look like an edgy high schooler/college student til I'm 40.

I lost my baby face somewhere in high school. But whenever I shave off my entire beard I immediately get carded at places. I easily get mistaken for a freshman in college when I shave.

also got baby face but it doesn't matter because i don't buy anything i'd get carded for. it also wouldn't matter even if i wanted to buy alcohol because my state has a law that you have to show a valid id to buy alcohol, regardless of anything. i have to card old people at work all the time and if they don't have a license or it's expired, i can't sell them beer

Re: WoT 368 was filmed in front of a live studio audience
So Pokemon Colosseum is sort of a slow game.
It's not hard to re-remember what isn't in it like Fairy types and it's the first time double battles happen on consoles so it's not streamlined yet... but it's early game so either everything is being super tanky or I'm started with really basic moves doing a pittance of damage or me.
I do really like that your first major boss is against someone with four Ludicolo, a pokemon you'll only be able to counter with one or two pokemon, so you have to deal with his stalling gimmick. That's really neat. An underrated part about Colosseum is that you can't just catch what you want, you have to beat the game with what you're given, so it's a bit more strategic. You have to figure out how the enemy team works and you can't always go "Use their weakness it's good".

Yeah, Colosseum is pretty slow due to those attack animations coupled with the double battle format, IIRC

I never finished Colosseum. I want to go back and beat it, but the slowness is what keeps me from starting it over.
