I'm tired of the weather. I just want a few days of nothing. Pure white overhead, no precipitation, maybe forty degrees. A glimpse of February/March in Wisconsin.

I got yard-work to do, man. I can't do it when it's raining.

Weather is beautiful in New York today. 58 degrees partially cloudy but everytime the sun comes out from behind a cloud it's like warmth being breathed into your soul with a steady calm breeze against your cheeks. I'd kill to go lay in a hammock and read a good book outside right now.

^Wuff. There are few things that frighten me, and one of those things is the random fury of nature.

At any moment, I could be trampled to death by a horse, or get hit by lightning, or have an aneurysm. It's terrifying, isn't it. That one roll of snake-eyes that turns a living human into a tun of offal. And every picosecond is a dice-roll. Gods below. How do we sleep, without clutching a twelve-gauge and a crucifix and a teddy-bear?

By power of denial, Boo...? ;)

Anyway, we've weathered (yup) the storms this past weekend, and now it's overcast, the birds are singing and it's supposed to be a cool day. Not so much tomorrow when summer tries to get in some practice. :D

My friend, I like you.
