Added Google Custom Search. By now Google should have had plenty of time to explore the site and purge at least a reasonable amount of the dead urls. I plan to explore the internal search again at some point, but it turned out to be surprisingly difficult to implement and I'm not sure about the resource usage anyway. Google has its limitations but should be generally functional if you are just looking for keywords. Doesn't help with anything relying on internal search, such as the out of the box recent topics page, but the recent topics extension has been a decent replacement. I can move that elsewhere on the index page or add more than 10, but the 10 at the top of the page with pagination I have found okay.
Competition is a good thing. It's a chance to crush people.
