Yeah, but I don't know if it still works.
Hm, maybe I'll test it out. Such a game loses a lot of value if that component is disabled, IMO.

I know it supported asynchronous multiplayer, so it should at least be possible to find games if they're still running the servers.

Sure, if it's still up. I'll be back home around the 30th, which means a little over two weeks of a network that isn't a pain to connect with handhelds.

I just RAKED IN the loot re: Pokemon games. I received FireRed and Sapphire (which is AWESOME, because I only have Ruby, and as much as I love Ruby, Sapphire is my preferred version. And now I can trade between them and W I N)

They were free hand-me-downs from someone who didn't want them anymore, so SCORE.

PS1 games a-poppin! 'Hoshigami: Ruining Blue Earth', 'Soviet Strike', 'Colony Wars' and 'Colony Wars: Vengeance', 'Skeleton Warriors', 'Forsaken', and 'Project: Horned Owl'.

Also 'Metal Arms' for reg'lar old XBox.

Man, those are obscure as hell. Metal Arms is the only one I heard of.

^Huh. I remember TV ads for 'Colony Wars', 'Forsaken' and 'Soviet/Nuclear Strike'. And, of course, 'Skeleton Warriors' was the tie-in to that goofy cartoon. (I must have watched a lot more TV than you in the mid-nineties.)

I watched a lot of cartoons, but I was kind of picky so maybe that's why I don't remember that one.

Man. You know...I like jewel cases.

Like, I know they're brittle, and your relative soft-plastic DVD-style cases are clearly better in that regard.

But I like jewel cases. They're glass-smooth, and hard, and thin. There's something fundamentally future-y about them.

Everyone go follow Boo so Blizzard finally lets them make a sequel. :(

Yeah, they're compact and efficient. I prefer them for discs.

gods below, but amazon prime orders have started skudding in

just checked the mail, and i got 'gravity falls 3ds game' for 3ds, and also 'zone of the enders hd collection'

...zone disc evidently contains 'metal gear rising' demo---------maybe if it's good i preorder the game proper

good old konami, showing how very, very much they value hideo kojima

can't see that changing anytime soon

Rising is fun but mindless and a bit sloppy.

Also 'Splatterhouse' for X360.

Granstream is fun but the graphics are pitiful and game design questionable. I liked it though.

Not overly bothered by the thought of a PS1 game having mildly unimpressive graphics. (First console was an Odyssey2, after all...)

I bought Twilight Princess for myself because my sister dibsed our copy of the game (jokes on her bc I GOT THE MEMORY CARD HAHAHAHA) and I had been craaaaaving it. I know the HD remake is coming soon but it'll cost about twice as much and I don't even have a Wii U yet, so this was necessary in the meantime.

Ugh. It's so good.

Wuff. I need to get back into TP one of these days. My Zelda backlog is kind of unacceptible. (Believe the last one I devoted any real time to was TMC, and I only got about ten hours in before losing interest.)

You'd probably really like Four Swords Adventure if you haven't played it yet, Boo. It's all the good action parts of a Zelda game without any of the slowness.

I got Capt Toad Treasure Tracker, and Fast Racing Neo today, I'm psyched
I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying
