Who here is also a fan? I've read almost all of his work, certainly anything I could find online. Some of his stuff is incredibly silly but still manages to be riveting in a way that few others manage.
I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

I've been a fan for a long time. "Uzumaki" is one of my favorite J-horror novels.

Here's "The Enigma of Amigara Fault," for anyone who is interested. It's short, but a classic.

Oh yes. I love Junji Ito's works.

Though admittedly some of his things that are trying to be creepy come off as more... funny. The Hanging Balloons is such a silly concept that I actually was too busy laughing to be creeped out by it at all.
