I watched an interesting video that messed with my head by suggesting that by talking about Trump we are giving him more power, regardless if it's positive or negative. The fact that the media always has politicians fighting over the stupidest things is because we the people raise the ratings by wanting to watch and read it. And then in a total twist, in a way, Trump is inadvertently beneficial because he will make us realize how much ******** all of this is and that we need to stop forcing the media to cover elections this way.

Sorry guys, this is a little off-topic but regardless of my views of Trump, I find it irritating that all the media can talk about his hair. I'm glad you guys all probably agree that it is NOT a political argument to say "LOL HE HAS BAD HAIR!" Every time I see a post about Donald Trump's hair on Imgur I rage.

On a similar note, Bernie Sanders was asked a question about Hilary Clinton's hair too and he knocked the wind out of the interviewer's sails and said it was a ridiculous question. Shouldn't the media be mature enough to discuss the political policies of candidates rather than their hair styles?

I noticed people mock Trump's hair, too. Just another symptom of politics becoming a type of reality show.

*shrug it's not much different from people making fun of Romney last election because he looked "overly white" and wore jeans or the election before that where everyone talk about how old McCain was instead of his policies.

^You're right; it's not much different than that. It's equally as bad as that. That shouldn't have happened either.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I wasn't old enough to vote prior to the Obama presidency so I didn't pay any attention to politics then but was it the same then?

Pretty much?

2008 was pretty much everyone going "McCain's gonna die and we'll have Palin for president" which I'll admit I fanned those flames. But when someone says it's time to drop some bombs on a first world country you tend to not like the possibility of them being your leader.

2012 was a little better, but that's because Romney and Ryan kept screwing things up including Romney exclaiming that anyone who voted for Obama is not a real American. There were some comments about how unorthodox Romney was as a Mormon, but he had a pretty good fighting chance all things considered.

^Don't you mean 2008 for McCain/Palin and 2012 for Romney/Ryan?

so like when McCain was running I kept being distracted whenever he talked because I kept thinking "What's that lump on his face?" And everyone would be like "What lump?" and I'd keep saying, "DO YOU NOT SEE THE LUMP? IT'S LIKE....RRRIIIIIGHT THERE!"

so, Trump tried quoting the Bible at Liberty College in Virginia, which is a Christian university

He quoted the book of "Two Corinthians"

TWO CORINTHIANS

and he read ten words and said "That's the whole ballgame"
