Insomnia caused by Gaming?

Post by Jingle Jangles » Mon Jul 12, 2004 5:07 am

Well I don't know of any study or anything but I personally don't get sleepy just tired if I'm playing a game.
Yeah the Television Stimulates your eyes and all but when I turn it off I don't fall immediately to sleep.
Its like when I first get a game and I play it until I have to go to sleep in order to wake up the next morning but when I try to sleep all I can do is lay there and just think.
Like now…
<i>Sgt. Johnson: Now listen up! Back in my day, we didn\'t have fancy tanks! We had two sticks... and a rock! And we had to share the rock! You should consider yourself very lucky marines!

My insomnia is caused by heat & humidity.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I've never had insomnia.
Total slaughter, total slaughter. I won\'t leave a single man alive. La de da de die, genocide. La de da de dud, an ocean of blood. Let\'s begin the killing time.

This is weird. I've been playing video games since I was 3, and I'm a complete insommniac.

Hey, cool, maybe I can find some more of my problems and blame them on video games! Scapegoats rock!

I haven't been able to sleep at ALL for the past few days. Part of it is Adult Swim(up to Case Closed). From there it's music, VGF, and other crap. O_o

Tales of Symphonia has been doing a number on me all week. Today, however, sitting with my girlfriend in the middle of my 'night' waiting for a tow truck was what really won it.

My insomnia is caused by the all-hated thinking hazard.
