They're not dying, they're going third party
I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

I couldn't imagine working without e-mail. There is not really a suitable alternative.
Now I know there's a reason you shouldn't blame others when you do something wrong, and that reason is: you might get caught and have to apologize to a bunch of dumb peasants.

Yeah, email isn't really dying, it has just become a much more formal means of communication.

I have to work with e-mail. My clients all do and they're also clear across the country from me.
Do you know how much you mean to me

I cannot imagine working without e-mail either. I still find myself using a fax machine but I think that's the next thing to be phased out. We used to use the fax to send businesses and clients paperwork to sign but I just started using this E-Signature software for my clients. They just have to click to sign now. Saves paper, time, and aggravation.

I've used a fax machine maybe twice in my life. The functions I would use it for, I use a scanner instead.

dedicated forums that run on ubb/vb systems like this most certainly are. since the internet reached peak saturation a lot of websites and website formats have simply been aggregated into larger sites such as facebook/reddit. the internet has more or less been conglomerated since the days when this site was especially active (around 2001-2003).
