It's slightly long so I'm spoilering my brilliant plan. I, uh, hope this helps out somehow Kat
Ok so since weight is mass * gravity, you can just go somewhere like the moon where gravity is weaker! And If you go into outer space you can even eat as much food as you want and you'll never gain weight back at all!!
...okay I've gotten a less than stellar response to this from the people I've told so there's more and that's just the first step.
Smartasses say you really want to lose "mass" but what other "mass loss" programs get wrong is telling you to exercise. This is BS. Strenuous exercise (e.g. like running at a relativistic velocity ~ .99 times the speed of light and gaining massive amounts of mass-energy) is the worst thing you could possibly do, because it would increase your mass dramatically even if you're on a diet. Counterintuitively, to significantly reduce your mass all you have to do is move as little as possible and stop moving at relativistic speeds.
Well, some people say they've already done that step and if that's not good enough, the final step is to start chopping off parts of your body. When you chop off a body part, its mass is subtracted from your total mass (if you chop off 1/2, you lose 1/2, if you chop off 2/3, you lose 2/3, etc). But instead of chopping off a smallish piece, the plan is that you chop your whole body off from the rest, in a single step. And since you've chopped off your entire body, the total mass left over is zero. So I don't see how you could get better results!
