I just take diphenhydramine to help me sleep. It takes like three hours to kick in, and I only sleep for five or six hours, but who can afford ambien?

i'm on trazodone for both my anxiety and sleeping, though i try not to do it every night even though i don't think it's habit-forming

What defines a medicine as habit forming? I take diphenhydramine as a sleep aid and, at this point can't sleep without it, but plenty of people take it daily as an allergy reliever.

I'd kill to be able to just sleep like a normal person again.

I slept like a typical teenager in high school; stayed up way too late and slept through my first class most days. That was probably when my bad sleeping habis started though.

Well I only got a couple of hours of sleep and by now I'm far more delirious and empty-headed from sleep deprivation than when the ambien was in effect. When I took it, my head was somehow so clear that while lying in bed in the dark for hours trying to fall asleep I was proving things in math in my head (ambien actually helps with visualization, I think). Now my brain feels so incredibly empty and don't think I can even work on my paper any more or think clearly about *anything* now and I feel like I'm going to collapse. I wish stuff like writing papers was something I could just do like a normal person instead of having to take physical and mental damage to accomplish it, it's just ridiculous

Hydroxyzine is effective at putting you out, but it gives you a zombie-like hangover for like 2 days. I guess it is good at helping with anxiety too if sleeping your life away counts as help.

^That really doesn't sound worth it... then again, I'll be in a hangover the next 2 days too, probably.

Thanks but no thanks. Two days of hangover are not worth eight hours of sleep.

Oh, you'll surely get more than 8 hours of sleep unless you force yourself up from the grog.

And I'm STILL awake. Which will probably continue for like a month idk.

Okay unrelated but recently I found out I really like songs where female singers scream lyrics, like metal and stuff. This is really broad but does anyone know good songs or singers who fit that?

Ick, why do you hate yourself like this? :D

Seriously though, back in the 80's there was Lita Ford (Runaways) and definitely Wendy O Williams (Plasmatics). Given that rock is dead now this is probably your best option.

legitimate question

how many alcohol do you think it would take to get through a full episode of Drake and Josh in the year 2018
