Weekly Whiteboard Works

Post by Apollo the Just » Mon Aug 22, 2016 1:11 pm

I recently moved into a new cubicle at my work, and it has a white board, presumably for official people to stare at stroking their moustaches while having Official-Looking Charts sketched on it. But I'm not about that life so I've been weeabooing all the **** over it. Part of my Monday morning routine is drawing nerd crap on it-- here are the installments thus far:

Tail fire being in the silhouette has ALWAYS CONFOUNDED ME - I mean, it's only fair but it seems like a technical oversight and makes me feel weird.

Love these, btw. You're awesome. I draw on the whiteboards at work occasionally, but lately I've just been illustrating at home.

^ I'm pretty sure the tail fire silhouette is just so it doesn't just look like a slightly slimmer squirtle lmfao

in related news, i wonder how long i can get away with going through 2 work-provided whiteboard markers a month before it potentially becomes an issue

wanted to challenge myself by drawing him full-frontal rather than the 3/4 view that I am so fond of lmao

Also, my 3 markers are now all varying degrees of dead. RIP.

[spoilers: he isn't fine. he is a walking embodiment of early 20's angst]

Layton officially confirmed as better than Phoenix, rest in RIP #owned

((I love Phoenix, but Apollo is already better than him anyway, so I can accept this.))

Although I would argue that the image provided is hardly proof that Layton is an improvement over Phoenix. Phoenix's pose is both admirable and excellent.

The "bad points" were obviously referring to Phoenix's hair.
