That awkward moment when a town with a population of under 1000 has more pokémon GO activities available than a town of 160,000....

Seriously, I was in Black Hawk and central City. What in the heck. Multiple gyms that were getting battled. Phone vibrated and I caught Pokés that I've never seen in the game before. I caught a bloody wild Blastoise.

Well, since August or so, I have:
-obtained a new phone, ergo I actually get cellular activity in BlackHawk and Central City.

-Went to California a couple of times and Las Vegas once - sure enough there were Pokés besides the Unholy Trinity there. Fun fact - I didn't get to choose a team until Late September 30th - early October 1st cause that was the first gym I ever saw.

-Got pity-egg hatches.

-Got the three new Pokés added to my area: Mankey, Natu, and Sentret. Ever wonder why you're running into trainers in Victory Road that're using ComMons that you benched ages ago? that's cause in the real world, those're the only bloody Pokés that trainer would be able to CATCH.

-Noticed that the Starbucks partnership has added a whole new five Pokéstops to town. One of which didn't even know they WERE a Pokéstop because it lasted A week in this town. Four of which are in grocery stores so they're a good 10-20 minutes away from each other.

-Noticed that we still have a total of zero gyms.

-Actually took part in a group that submitted ideas to Niantic on what would be good stops, but it went into the spam folder with every other suggestion for Pokéstops. Because towns with six-digit populations that've been around since the 19th century should NOT be THIS desolate, especially since it's nearing the eight month mark...

-Speculated correctly that Blissey Spamming would be a popular tactic.

Occasionally when I go walk in the park at night, there's some creeper standing around in the dark doing nothing visually apparent. Not sure if they're playing Pokemon or just legitimately waiting for easy targets.
I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

For me specifically it's not good, because I live nowhere near anything, so I'm always at 0 PokeBalls.

It just got repetitive for me after the novelty wore off.

No. Not really, it tells you what's near your pokestops in your area. But it won't track everything on the way to the pokestop.

There was a grass type event last weekend. I felt so glad that they didn't just increase any grass spawns - I live in a mushroom field biome (or a trash dump) cause Paras is **** EVERYWHERE. Yet no, only a few Paras, mostly grass types like Bellsprout.

I feel like they're gonna need to add battling to this if it's gonna have any longevity.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Coming soon: PvP battles, legendaries.

And remember, "I'm-a Charizard, number, well, six."
