Yeah, but if you guys didn't catch that - Nintendo is actually using Unreal Engine. For their own games. So good.

I await the day they make a Yoshi sequel that doesn't have sleep-inducing music.

Easily?

Because the NES game is Yoshi's Cookie.

^^Yep, RU's got it, there is an NES game simply entitled Yoshi. It's not great. Yoshi's Cookie is better.

This E3 announcement has convinced me that I really need to get around to playing Wooly World.

Easy. The egg in the title for the NES game has five visible spots, while the Switch one has three.

Funny, I bought the original Yoshi from a used game store a couple weeks ago - box and everything. I don't have an NES but as a Yoshi fan I needed it.

I will play any Yoshi game any day - but I have to admit that I miss the quality of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, especially in music. I want to fight a monstrous boss with Yoshi hurling eggs while sweet epic metal music is playing in the background like when you fought Giant Baby Bowser.

^If you like music in Yoshi Games, Woolly World has an excellent soundtrack.

There's some obnoxious stuff in the full OST, because apparently that's kind of the Yoshi thing now, but the majority of that OST is really quite good.
